Frances (Francy) Judge is an inspirational illustrator and author of “Randy’s Steps” a middle grade novel and an award-winning poet published in Clubhouse Jr. and several anthologies. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan and lives in Long Beach, New York with her husband and five children.
