For a recent church potluck I came up with a yummy fruit salad from what I had fresh and on hand in my fridge. Someone mentioned wanting the recipe–someone else said it tasted like dessert! Music to a cook’s ears, right?
No doubt this could be pulled together year-round here in California, and it IS delicious. Also gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free! If you omit the walnuts, it’s fat free as well.
To give credit where due…I did modify a couple of recipe ideas I found on Pinterest, and the image is one of those, just so you can see how totally pretty this salad is.
Hope you enjoy!
